“军队文化管理”是一门在建设中发展着的新兴学科。军队文化管理专业本科教学宗旨决定其教学基点之一在于专业体系的整体把握。丰富的教学内容融会于管理理论、管理机制、管理技能、管理素质四个主体块中,以不同层次的管理理论学习和相应管理内涵/管理机制研究的架构为体系纵轴,以管理技能、管理素质培养与体系纵轴交叉形成多层次的纵横联系。以相互渗透、相辅相成的体系互动在培养对象身上实现知识学习、能力提高和素质培养的融汇统一。这种教学理念对于各种部队文化干部的培训教学也有着适用性或参照性的意义。
