针对城乡社区居(村)委会满意度的研究,对于城乡社区建设具有极为重要的理论与现实意义。根据两次延续性调查的数据资料,对城市社区居委会服务质量的居民满意度评价和影响因素进行研究发现,居(村)委会必须努力提高社区居民对居(村)委会服务质量的满意度和信任感,针对不同背景变量的居民,提升居民的信任度、公共精神与民主友爱等意识。
The research on the satisfaction degree of urban and rural community (village) committees has very important theoretical and practical meanings for the urban and rural community construction. Based on the data from two consecutive surveys, the study on the evaluation of residents’ satisfaction with the service quality of urban community committees and the influencing factors found that Habitat (village) committees must strive to improve the satisfaction of community residents with the service quality of Habitat (village) committees Degree and trust, Residents with different background variables to enhance residents’ trust, public spirit and democratic friendships and other awareness.
