近年来,在国家节能减排政策的带动下,工业与民用建筑大量采用保温技术,降低了生产、生活能耗和成本,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。但是,随之而来对建筑外墙保温系统的要求也越来越高,因此,提高建筑保温材料的燃烧性能和采用安全合理的施工技术成为减少此类火灾发生的重要措施。1基本原则(1)建筑的内、外保温系统宜采用阻燃性能为A级的保温材料,不宜采用B2级保温材料,严禁采用B3级的保温材料。(2)设有保温系统的基层墙体或屋面板的耐火极限应符合相应耐火等级建筑墙体或屋面板耐火极限的要求。
In recent years, under the guidance of the national energy-saving and emission-reduction policies, industrial and civil buildings have adopted a large number of thermal insulation technologies to reduce the production, living energy consumption and costs and achieved good economic and social benefits. However, the ensuing demand for building exterior insulation systems is also getting higher and higher. Therefore, improving the combustion performance of building insulation materials and adopting safe and reasonable construction techniques have become important measures to reduce such fire occurrence. 1 The basic principles (1) The building’s internal and external thermal insulation system should adopt flame-retardant properties for the A-level insulation materials, should not be used B2-class insulation materials, non-use of B3-level insulation materials. (2) The fire resistance of the primary wall or roofing panel with thermal insulation system shall comply with the fire resistance requirements of the corresponding fire-resistant building wall or roofing board.
