1 小湾电厂简介rn华能澜沧江水电股份有限公司小湾水电厂(简称“小湾电厂”)位于云南省南涧县与凤庆县交界的澜沧江中游河段黑惠江汇入口下游1.5km处,是中国华能集团公司下属的重点水力发电企业.电站以500kV电压等级接入电力系统,在系统中担任调峰、调频、调压和事故备用任务,按无人值班设计.小湾工程是国家实施西部大开发、“西电东送”战略的标志性工程,是业内公认的世界最难水电工程之一,其特色为“四大三高两好一少”:库容大(总库容149.14亿m3),装机容量大(装机4200MW),工程投资大(动态投资420余亿元),建设难度大;大坝高(设计坝高294.5m),水头高(最大水头251m),开挖边坡高(高度近700m);调节性能好(调节能力由15％上升到70％),补偿效益好(使下游电站枯水期的保证出力增加约110万kW,总发电量增加约41亿kW·h);同时单位千瓦征地移民较少.
