溴隐亭治疗经CT或MRI确诊的垂体腺瘤23例。结果表明:①治疗前垂体微腺瘤和巨腺瘤血清泌乳素分别为117.75±86.55和268.73±125.5μg/L,两者差别有极显著性意义(p<0.01);②治疗后60天,泌乳素水平均显著降低,分别为23.69±8.74和85.62±27.35μg/L(户均<0.001),③巨腺瘤组血清睾酮也由3.43±1.94下降为2.69±1.32nmol/L明显差异(p<0.05),④两组间妊娠率无统计学差别。资料提示血清中升高的泌乳素水平有助于垂体腺瘤的诊断,较大剂量的溴隐亭可降低血清睾酮。
Bromocriptine was used to treat 23 cases of pituitary adenomas diagnosed by CT or MRI. The results showed that: 1 Before treatment, the serum prolactin of pituitary microadenomas and giant adenomas was 117.75±86.55 and 268.73±125.5μg/L, respectively. There was a significant difference (p<0. 01);2 Prolactin levels were significantly reduced at 60 days after treatment, which were 23.69±8.74 and 85.62±27.35 μg/L, respectively (household < 0.001). Testosterone also decreased significantly from 3.43±1.94 to 2.69±1.32 nmol/L (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in pregnancy rates between the two groups. The data suggest that elevated levels of prolactin in the serum contribute to the diagnosis of pituitary adenomas and that higher doses of bromocriptine may reduce serum testosterone levels.
