中国经济的快速发展使得国际贸易和对外交往日益密切。在国际商务谈判中,其谈判活动会受到谈判双方文化差异的影响。如果不正确对待双方的文化差异,则商务谈判就无法进行下去。本文试图从中西方国家在语言、价值观念、思维方式等方面的差异来探讨其对国际商务谈判的影响,剖析文化差异产生的原因,并提出相应策略,旨在减少文化差异的阻碍,取得同外方谈判的成功。
The rapid development of China’s economy has made international trade and foreign exchanges increasingly close. In international business negotiations, the negotiation activities will be affected by the cultural differences between the two parties. Business negotiations can not go on without a proper treatment of the cultural differences between the two sides. This paper attempts to explore the influence of the differences between China and western countries in international business negotiations on the differences of language, values and ways of thinking, analyze the causes of cultural differences and put forward corresponding strategies aimed at reducing the barriers to cultural differences and achieving the same The success of the negotiations.
