De—Qing 充电调节电路现在被广泛地应用在高功率高压线型调制器中作稳定高压脉冲幅度之用。大量实验表明这种电路若不采取必要的措施,它的稳幅精度是不高的。影响稳幅精度的主要因素包括充电终止的延迟、直流高压源的稳定性及纹波、参考阈电压的稳定性及释放回路的类别和元件值等。本文对各因素作了定量分析,分析表明与实验一致。分析得到的重要结论对设计与实践有重要意义。文章还给出了一些简单易行的方法可以使稳幅精度得到明显提高。
De-Qing charge conditioning circuit is now widely used in high-power high-voltage linear modulator for high-voltage pulse amplitude stability purposes. A large number of experiments show that if this circuit does not take the necessary measures, its stability is not high accuracy. The main factors that affect the stability of precision include the delay of termination of charging, the stability and ripple of DC high voltage source, the stability of reference threshold voltage and the type and value of the release circuit. This article made a quantitative analysis of the various factors, analysis shows that consistent with the experiment. Analysis of the important conclusions of the design and practice of great significance. The article also gives some simple and easy ways to improve the stability of precision.
