现阶段,我国各方面的改革如火如荼,因此,酒店管理的创新发展就显得比较重要,大众化旅游时代的发展,就要充分重视酒店管理方法的科学应用。基于此,本文主要就大众旅游时代酒店消费趋势和管理的问题进行分析,然后结合实际,就酒店管理的创新发展策略进行探究,希望通过此次理论研究,有助于酒店管理的质量提高。
At this stage, the reform in all aspects of our country is in full swing. Therefore, the innovation and development of hotel management becomes more and more important. The development of popular travel time should pay full attention to the scientific application of hotel management methods. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the hotel consumption trends and management issues during the mass tourism era, and then explores the innovation and development strategies of hotel management in light of the actual conditions. It is hoped that this theoretical study will help to improve the quality of hotel management.
