改革开放30多年来,我国事业单位改革开创新局面,取得前所未有的成绩。然而,新形势对事业档案管理提出更高要求,使其面临新的挑战,如对信息技术应用的认识不足、电子档案管理不规范、操作人员素质普遍较低等。因此,必须着力加强档案管理的“硬件”建设,加快推进文档一体化建设,切实提升档案管理人员的素质,促进事业单位档案管理工作迈上新台阶。
In the 30 years of reform and opening up, the reform of our institutions has opened up a new situation and made unprecedented achievements. However, the new situation puts forward higher requirements on the management of enterprise files so that it faces new challenges, such as the lack of understanding of the application of information technology, the non-standardization of electronic records management, and the generally low quality of operators. Therefore, we must focus on strengthening the “hardware ” construction of file management, speed up the integration of document construction, enhance the quality of file management staff, and promote the file management of public institutions to a new level.
