目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌中的诊断价值。方法选择2011年1~12月江阴市解放军第515医院收治的乳腺癌患者38例,运用彩色多普勒血流显像观察其超声声像图特征,并比较良恶性肿块评分的统计学意义。结果 38例乳腺癌患者术前均经超声及手术病理证实,包括浸润性导管癌16例,小叶浸润癌10例,单纯癌9例,腺癌3例。其中术前超声诊断提示乳腺癌35例,诊断符合率为92.10%。38例乳腺癌患者,超声诊断良性肿块21例,恶性肿块17例,良恶性乳腺肿块形态、边缘、内部回声、后方回声、内部血流、微钙化评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断准确率较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer. Methods 38 patients with breast cancer admitted to the No. 515 Hospital of People’s Liberation Army from January to December in 2011 were selected. Ultrasonic imaging features were observed by color Doppler flow imaging and the statistical significance of benign and malignant tumors was compared. Results 38 cases of breast cancer were confirmed by ultrasound and pathology before operation, including 16 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, 10 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma, 9 cases of simple carcinoma, and 3 cases of adenocarcinoma. Among them, preoperative ultrasound diagnosis revealed 35 cases of breast cancer, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 92.10%. In 38 patients with breast cancer, ultrasound diagnosed benign masses in 21 cases and malignant masses in 17 cases. There were significant differences in the morphology, margins, internal echo, posterior echo, internal blood flow, and microcalcification scores of benign and malignant breast masses (P<0.05). . Conclusions The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound for breast cancer is high and worthy of clinical application.
