科技部科技型中小企业技术创新基金是经国务院批准设立,用于支持科技型中小企业技术创新的政府专项基金,用以扶持科技型中小企业的技术创新活动,促进科技成果的转化,加快高新技术产业化进程。数码视讯于2002年开始申请科技型中小企业技术创新基金,申请项目名称为:高清晰编码器、解码器系统。由于该项目产品具有较大的创新性,市场前景看好,因此得到了中关村管理委员会的大力支持,经推荐,该项目顺利上报科技部
Ministry of Science and Technology Technology SME Technology Innovation Fund is approved by the State Council set up to support technology-based small and medium-sized technological innovation of government special fund to support technological innovation in science and technology SME activities to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and accelerate the high-tech Industrialization process.
