目的了解不同浓度砷暴露对人群血压和心电图的影响。方法 1:1配比随机抽样,选居住在不同饮水砷浓度地区10年以上的居民各50名,对人群尿砷、血压和心电图进行检测。结果饮水砷浓度与尿砷浓度呈正比,随着饮水砷浓度的增加,人群血压和心电图的异常数显著增加,以收缩压异常、ST-T段改变和窦性心律异常为主,差异具有统计学意义。结论砷可以改变人群血压和心电图,且与水砷含量成正比。
Objective To understand the effects of different concentrations of arsenic exposure on blood pressure and electrocardiogram in the population. Method 1: 1 Randomly sample the proportion of selected residents living in arsenic concentrations in different drinking water areas for more than 10 years of 50 inhabitants, urine arsenic, blood pressure and ECG were detected. Results The concentration of arsenic in drinking water was in direct proportion to the concentration of arsenic in urine. With the increase of arsenic concentration in drinking water, the number of anomalies in blood pressure and electrocardiogram increased significantly. The abnormal systolic pressure, changes in ST-T segment and sinus rhythm were dominant Significance of learning. Conclusions Arsenic can alter blood pressure and electrocardiogram in people and is proportional to water arsenic content.
