德育教学在现代的教学体系中越来越被重视,各个学校也是越来越重视对学生的德育教育,而这对身为班主任的老师们提出了更加高的要求。学生的道德在整个学习生涯中都正处于形成和调整阶段,而且学生很容易的会被不良思想误导,从而树立错误的世界观并误入歧途。而且,良好的思想道德修养不是一朝一夕就形成的,而是通过长期潜移默化的教育与影响形成的。而主题班会作为班级德育目标教育的一个重要手段与途径,对学生的良好的习惯的形成与发展有着十分重要的影响与作用。可是,目前的主题班会存在着形式主义、批评主义等各种问题,并不能很好的发挥它对于学生的德育目标教育中的作用。因此,老师应该直面主题班会存在的问题,改变主题班会的开办形式,让它能够真正发挥在实施德育目标教育中的作用。
Moral education is paid more and more attention in the modern teaching system. All schools attach more and more importance to the moral education of students, and this puts forward higher requirements on the teachers who are the teachers in the class. Students’ morality is in the process of formation and adjustment throughout their careers and students can easily be misled by bad ideas to establish a wrong worldview and go astray. Moreover, good ideological and moral accomplishments are not formed overnight but rather through long-term subtle education and influence. The theme class as an important goal of moral education as an important tool and approach to the formation of good habits and development of students has a very important influence and role. However, there are various problems such as formalism and criticism in the current theme class, and it can not play its role well in students’ moral education. Therefore, the teacher should face the problems existing in the class and change the style of the class, so that it can really play its role in the education of moral education.
