目的探讨评价头孢曲松、头孢米诺、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦及阿奇霉素4种抗菌药物与转化糖电解质注射液配伍的稳定性与安全性。方法将4种抗菌药物与转化糖电解质注射液分别配伍,0 h、1 h、4 h观察各自外观与pH值变化,采用HPLC法测定各配伍溶液中主药成分的相对含量变化,观察动物实验注射配伍溶液后变态反应发生情况。结果头孢曲松、头孢米诺、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦及阿奇霉素4种抗菌药物与转化糖电解质注射液配伍4 h内外观无变化、pH值无显著变化(P﹥0.05),相对含量均在98%以上;动物实验未见变态反应发生。结论头孢曲松、头孢米诺、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦及阿奇霉素4种抗菌药物与转化糖电解质注射液配伍稳定安全。
Objective To evaluate the stability and safety of four antibacterials, ceftriaxone, cefminox, cefoperazone / sulbactam and azithromycin, in combination with transfusion sugar electrolyte. Methods Four kinds of antibacterial agents were respectively used in combination with transconjugated sugar electrolyte. The changes of appearance and pH value were observed at 0 h, 1 h and 4 h respectively. The relative content of main drug components in each compatibility solution was determined by HPLC. Injection compatibility solution after the occurrence of allergic reactions. Results The antibacterials of ceftriaxone, cefminox, cefoperazone / sulbactam and azithromycin did not change within 4 h when the antibacterial agents were mixed with the invert sugar electrolyte (P> 0.05), and the relative contents More than 98%; no allergic reaction occurred in animal experiments. Conclusion The antibacterials of ceftriaxone, cefminox, cefoperazone / sulbactam and azithromycin have stable and safe compatibility with invert sugar electrolyte.
