目的探讨素质本位课堂教学在基础护理学教学中的应用效果。方法以班级为单位,随机抽取我院2014级普通护理专业学生92人,将其分为实验组和对照组,分别进行基于素质本位的课堂教学和传统教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果实验组两个学期的实训和综合成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论素质本位课堂教学有助于激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生的专业知识和技能水平,提升其综合能力和专业素养。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality-oriented classroom teaching in basic nursing teaching. Methods A total of 92 general nursing students in 2014 were randomly selected from the class as a unit, and divided into experimental group and control group, respectively, based on quality-oriented classroom teaching and traditional teaching, the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the two semesters of the experimental group, the training and comprehensive scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The quality-based classroom teaching helps to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning, enhance their professional knowledge and skills, and enhance their comprehensive ability and professionalism.
