一、前言我国在后张法预应力钢筋混凝土桥梁生产中,以往大多采用柯式锚。这种锚楦由于施工要求,需预先安装在钢絲束上,因而不能与抽管法管道形成工艺相适应,钢絲束不能是后穿式的。就制作工艺讲,柯式锚也很繁复,除锚楦零件加工工序多外,还必须用手工弯折钢絲头,压注锚杯混凝土,进行蒸气养生等,劳动强度大,而且费时。环销锚是铁道科学研究院为适应管道形成工艺而创造的一种适用于强大钢絲束的锚楦,从工960年起通过试验已在有些单位应用,并于1963年经国家科委批准作为新产品推广。从以往试验及试用结果分析,环销锚制作简易,使用方便,锚固力大,锚固性好。但也需指出:过去使用单位对锚楦制作工艺尚不够熟练,在成批生产中质量有些不稳,少量滑絲现象仍然存在,合格率不能达
