为建立水果中氟硅唑农药残留的毛细管气相色谱测定法,采用丙酮和石油醚混合溶剂提取水果中氟硅唑,液-液分配净化,应用毛细管气相色谱(氮磷检测器)进行测定。结果显示,该方法线性范围为0.03~1.0 mg/kg,回归方程为y=743.24x-396.79,r=0.991 5,平均回收率为96.40%~102.33%,RSD<10%,最低检出浓度为0.03 mg/kg。可见该方法简单、快捷、灵敏,适合于水果中氟硅唑的测定。
In order to establish a method for the determination of flusilazur pesticide residues in fruit by capillary gas chromatography (HPLC), flusilazole was extracted from the fruit by a mixture of acetone and petroleum ether. The liquid-liquid was partitioned and purified by capillary gas chromatography (NPD). The results showed that the linear range of this method was 0.03-1.0 mg / kg, the regression equation was y = 743.24x-396.79, r = 0.991 5, the average recoveries were 96.40% -102.33%, RSD <10% 0.03 mg / kg. Shows that the method is simple, fast and sensitive, suitable for determination of flusilazole in fruits.
