目的研究子痫前期患者血清和胎盘组织中TNF-α的表达情况。方法血浆TNF-α测定采用放射免疫分析法,采用SP免疫组化法检测TNF-α石蜡包埋的胎盘组织,切片,HE染色,光镜观察。将制好切片置显微镜下观察。结果判定:每张切片至少观察10个高倍视野,观测胎盘绒毛滋养细胞及间质细胞TNF-α的表达。结果子痫前期患者血浆和胎盘组织中TNF-α的表达均明显的高于对照组(P<0.05),且与疾病的严重程度相一致。结论TNF-α可能通过直接或者间接途径影响滋养细胞的侵袭能力,参与子痫前期的发生发展,研究TNF-α可能为子痫前期的早期诊断和治疗提供新的方法。
Objective To study the expression of TNF-α in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia. Methods Plasma TNF-α was measured by radioimmunoassay. SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TNF-α in paraffin-embedded placenta, sections, HE staining and light microscopy. The system will be made into the microscope under the microscope. The results showed that: at least 10 high power fields were observed in each section, and the expression of TNF-α in placental villous trophoblasts and interstitial cells was observed. Results The expression of TNF-α in plasma and placenta of preeclampsia patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and was consistent with the severity of the disease. Conclusion TNF-α may affect the invasive ability of trophoblasts directly or indirectly and participate in the development of preeclampsia. It is suggested that TNF-α may provide a new method for the early diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia.
