学困生这一部分群体的存在对于教师教学质量的提高具有重大影响。尤其是在高中英语教学中,由于部分学生初中阶段的英语基础没有打好,到高中阶段时与其他学生存在明显差距,因而逐渐成为“学困生”。通过调查分析得知,学困生由于对英语产生畏难情绪,因而学习兴趣也不高,他们在上课时注意力难以集中,课前也不注重预习,对于考试成绩也抱无所谓的态度。为此,如何转化这些学困生就成了摆在教师面前的难题。根据笔者的教学研究,教师可以以任务驱动方式进行教
The existence of this group of poor students has a significant impact on the improvement of teachers’ teaching quality. Especially in high school English teaching, some of the students did not lay a good foundation for English at the junior middle school stage, and there was a clear gap between them and other students in high school. Therefore, they gradually became “students with learning difficulties”. Through investigation and analysis, we know that students with learning difficulties are not interested in English because of their fear of emotion. They have difficulty concentrating in class and do not pay attention to preview before class. They also do not care about test scores. To this end, how to transform these students have become difficult in front of teachers. According to the author’s teaching and research, teachers can teach in a mission-driven manner
