针对当前电气事故发生频繁、损失巨大的现实情况，总结了住宅建筑中电气设计的原则和应注意的问题，分析了各种保护措施的特点和应用范围，指出了设计、施工中应注意的问题。
In view of the current situation of frequent and huge loss of electrical accidents, the principle of electrical design in residential buildings and the problems to be noticed are summarized. The characteristics and application range of various protective measures are analyzed, and the problems that should be paid attention to in design and construction are pointed out .
