试验目的是应用~(15)N 弄清温州蜜柑在春季新生器官形成时,作为树体内贮存氮素的秋肥的作用。以栽在内径为76厘米的混凝土盆内的两棵十一年生结果树为试材。试验前一年的施肥量为 N80克、P_20_5 113克、K_2O 78克,以复合颗粒肥在秋、春、夏季按大致相等的量施入。试验用~(15)N-硝酸铵(10原子%,11.4克N)于1974年11月18日(秋)或1975年3月1日(春)以注入法施入地下25厘米处。秋肥施入后用胶合板覆盖防止氮素随雨水流失,次年8月1日除去覆盖物并在一周内灌水40升,尽量排除残存的氮素。用10厘米方穴法采集不同层次的土壤及根样本,地上部样本从各副主枝上均匀采取。土壤硝态氮用加藤法定
The purpose of this experiment is to find out the role of autumn satsuma in the tree body storage of nitrogen in the application of ~ (15) N during the formation of new organs in the spring. Two eleven-year-old fruit trees planted in concrete pots with an inner diameter of 76 cm were used as test materials.
