目的探讨手术室护理人力资源管理的方法,分析改革的手术室护理人力资源管理方案的效果。方法采用回顾性对照研究,2014年1月~5月为对照组,采用传统手术室人力资源管理模式,2014年6月~10月为实验组,采用改革的人力资源管理方案,通过对手术室护理人员进行培训学习、考核、有效的利用和科学的管理,使人力、物力保持最佳比例,同时对护士的思想、心理和行为进行恰当的诱导,控制和协调,充分发挥她们的主观能动性,提高组织竞争力和团队素质,营造良好的工作环境,比较2组的管理效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组护士的工作积极性,患者、医生的满意度,手术量均提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室护理人力资源进行科学规范的管理,合理有效地使用了护理人力资源,充分发挥了护士的工作积极性和内在潜力,增强了全局观念,达到因材施教,人尽其才的效果,提高了护理队伍的整体素质,高效、安全地满足手术和医生的需求,和谐了医护患的关系,保证了手术患者的安全,满足了日益增加的手术工作量,提高了工作效率和护理质量,降低了资源的投入。
Objective To explore the methods of nursing human resources management in operating room and to analyze the effects of the reform of operating room nursing human resources management programs. Methods A retrospective and controlled study was conducted from January to May 2014 as control group. The traditional operating room human resource management mode was adopted. Results Compared with the control group, the enthusiasm of the nurses in the experimental group, the satisfaction of the patients and the doctors, and the amount of the operation were all improved, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The management of nursing human resources in operating room is scientifically and normly managed, the nursing human resources are used reasonably and effectively, the nurses’ enthusiasm for work and their inherent potential are fully exerted, the overall concept is enhanced, the effect of teaching students according to their aptitude, The overall quality, efficiency and safety to meet the needs of surgery and doctors, and harmonious relationship between health care to ensure the safety of surgical patients, to meet the increasing workload of work, improve work efficiency and quality of care and reduce resource investment .
