Large farms handling chicken manure is expensive. For many large-scale farms, dealing with manure without causing environmental pollution is an important issue. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize chicken manure. In general, a typical chicken farm of 50,000 chickens produces about 10 tons of manure per day and these wastes must be disposed of. This article describes the use of pure chicken manure, through anaerobic fermentation, the methane production potential of its research. The fresh manure used in the pilot study was collected on the same day from the layers of hens fed with corn and soybeans. Through sampling, fresh manure contained 80% moisture and 20% dry matter.
