为黑龙江省春小麦品质分析结果3年平均值,9个品种平均评价值为53.9.表3垦区小麦品种产量结果2垦区小麦品种种植结构存在的问题目前,垦区优质小麦品种种植比例很低,而劣质小麦品种种植比例很高,如龙辐麦1号、龙辐麦11号、克丰3号、辽春4号、垦红7号、东农120等优良品种种植面积由1991年17.0万公顷,占小麦总面积的22%,减少到1993年6.7万公顷,占11%;而如新克旱9号、克旱9号、克旱10号、星红8号、里红6号、克丰4号等品质较差的品种种植比例却由1991年的66%,增加到1993年的76%。这种小麦品种种植结构十分不合理,限制了垦区制粉业的发展.3小麦品质与制粉业的发展使用优质小麦品种生产等级粉,可提高高等级面粉比例和面粉品质,而使用新克旱9号、克旱9号等品质差的小麦品种几乎生产不出合格的高等级面粉,经济效益低。目前,垦区专用粉生产产量很低,品种也较单一,仅限于饺子粉、面条粉等。原因除了工艺、设备问题外,更重要的是小麦品质不过关,适合加工专用粉的小麦品种种植面积小,满足不了生产和市场需要。龙辐麦1号、龙辐麦11号品种品质佳可直接加工成面包粉等专用粉,而克丰3号、辽春4号、垦红7号、东农120等品种?
