From 1974 to 1986, the author systematically studied the technical problems of mechanical tea picking. On the basis of revealing the economic and social benefits of machine-picking tea plantation and finding out the reproductive traits of tea-picking, this paper explores the adaptive cultivation system of tea-picking technique. Mechanical picking tea has a certain impact on the fertility of tea, in the picking process, there have been beneficial traits and bad traits. The beneficial traits showed that the density of shoots increased rapidly in the early stage, which ensured the natural growth of tea plant at high amplitude, which was benefit to the growth of tea tree crown after young and Taiwan mowing and heavy pruning.
