目的:探讨分析消化内科营养知识宣教及护理管理在临床中的影响及作用。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年6月于台州市第一人民医院消化内科住院的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组采取常规的消化内科营养知识宣教与护理管理模式,观察组给予优先的营养知识宣教与护理管理措施,主要护理管理措施为:针对性的进行专业指导、配备营养科室、为患者定制健康目标及指导营养及护理,比较两组患者的营养状态、满意度、认可度及护理质量评分情况等。结果:观察组患者的各项营养状况指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的患者满意度、患者认可度及护理质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统、全面、科学对患者进行营养健康知识培训以满足患者的营养健康知识需求,将营养计划渗透到患者的日常治疗中,可有效促进患者早日康复,有效缩短住院时间,提高护理质量与患者满意度。
Objective: To analyze and analyze the influence and function of the nutrition knowledge education and nursing management in the clinic. Methods: Sixty patients admitted to Department of Gastroenterology, First People’s Hospital of Taizhou from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups at random, 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional digestive medicine nutrition Knowledge and education and nursing management model, the observation group to give priority nutrition knowledge education and nursing management measures, the main nursing management measures are: targeted professional guidance, with nutrition department, custom health goals for patients and guide nutrition and care, compare two Group of patients with nutritional status, satisfaction, acceptance and quality of care scores and so on. Results: The indexes of nutritional status in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction, patient acceptance and nursing quality score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The systematic, comprehensive and scientific training of patients ’nutrition and health knowledge to meet the patients’ nutrition and health knowledge needs will penetrate the nutrition plan into the daily treatment of patients, which can effectively promote the early rehabilitation of patients, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the quality of nursing Patient satisfaction.
