德育是学生综合职业技能养成的组成部分之一,职业指导则是学生完全适应社会,走向岗位的必要环节,是职业学校学生职业素质教育的双翼。中等职业院校中的德育工作和职业指导工作的开展一直是学校发展过程中被忽视的薄弱环节,学生和学校对德育课程和职业指导的态度也难以令人乐观。在新的中等职业学校教育改革大背景下,学生的思想政治、道德法纪和心理健康等品德教育被提到了一个新的高度,国家对职业指导的重要性也一再重申,各个中等职业院校也相继开展了这两方面的探索和实践。本文仅就目前中等职业院校德育工作的开展进行分析,对职校职业指导的具体实践情况展开探索和经验总结。
Moral education is one of the components of students ’comprehensive vocational skills development. Vocational guidance is an essential part of students’ adapting to society and going to their posts completely. It is a double wing of professional quality education for students in vocational schools. The work of moral education and vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools has always been the neglected weak link in the development of schools. The attitudes of students and schools towards moral education and professional guidance are also not optimistic. Under the background of the new secondary vocational school education reform, moral education of students such as ideology, politics, ethics, law and mental health have been brought to a new height. The importance of vocational guidance has also been repeatedly reiterated by various secondary vocational schools Has carried out both exploration and practice. This article only analyzes the current development of moral education in secondary vocational schools and probes into the concrete practice of vocational guidance in vocational schools.
