尊重和认识党校科研的个性特征与社会协作的关系,在西藏具有现实意义。要发掘地域特殊性课题,努力探索“思想库”建设的共同规律。发挥西藏党校已有的“思想库”传统,进一步加大各种项目的立项申报。
It is of practical significance in Tibet to respect and recognize the relationship between the personality characteristics of scientific research in the Party schools and social cooperation. We should explore the special issue of the region and strive to explore the common law of the building of the “think-tank.” We must give play to the existing “ideological base” tradition in Tibet Party schools and further increase the declaration of various projects.
