目的 :研制果糖 1,6 二磷酸一镁 ,并建立质量控制方法。方法 :采用离子交换法制备果糖 1,6 二磷酸一镁。以酶法测定含量。结果 :产品纯度为 98.5% ,收率为 82 .5% ;酶法测定在 0~ 40 0mg·L- 1范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r =0 .9996)。高、中、低浓度的平均回收率分别为 99.2 % ,10 0 .0 %和 99.8% ,RSD分别为 0 .48% ,0 .58%和 0 .52 %。结论 :本制备工艺简单可行。本含量测定方法灵敏、准确 ,可用于果糖 1,6 二磷酸一镁的质量控制
Objective: To develop fructose-1,6-diphosphate and to establish a quality control method. Methods: The fructose-1,6-diphosphate-magnesium was prepared by ion exchange method. Enzymatic determination of content. Results: The purity of the product was 98.5% and the yield was 82.5%. Enzymatic method showed good linearity (r = 0.9996) in the range of 0-40 0 mg · L -1. The average recoveries of high, medium and low concentrations were 99.2%, 100.0% and 99.8%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.48%, 0.58% and 0.52%, respectively. Conclusion: The preparation process is simple and feasible. The content determination method is sensitive and accurate and can be used for quality control of fructose-1,6-diphosphate-magnesium
