为落实节约资源基本国策,实现“十一五”规划纲要提出的节能目标,加快建设节约型社会,促进经济社会全面协调可持续发展,国家发展改革委、国家能源办等部门于2006年4月启动了“千家企业节能行动”。千家企业是钢铁、有色金属、石油石化、化工、建材、煤炭、电力、造纸、纺织等9个重点耗能行业中,年综合能源消费量在18万t标准煤以上的998家企业。为宣传和交流两年多来这些企业在节能减排中的成功经验,今年本刊特开辟了“‘千家企业节能行动’经验谈”专栏,约请部分参加该活动的企业谈谈他们在对提高企业节能管理水平、推进企业节能技术进步、提高能源利用效率和增强企业竞争力等方面的成功经验与体会,旨在为高耗能行业中重点耗能企业做好节能工作拓展思路,提供借鉴;同时欢迎其他参加“千家企业节能行动”的单位给本专栏投稿。
