通过挤出成型工艺制备聚偏氟乙烯织物背衬复合板,并实现产业化。产品性能检测结果表明:拉伸强度55~57 MPa,断裂伸长率20%~30%,复合板剥离强度70~80 N/2.5 cm,与国外产品相当。通过设计加工PVDF板材专用设备,确定板材生产工艺,合理选择复合织物及复合方法,制得性能优异的PVDF板材及剥离强度较好的PVDF背衬复合板材。目前该工艺已实现了产业化。
Polyvinylidene fluoride fabric backing composite board was prepared by extrusion molding process and industrialized. The test results of the product performance show that the tensile strength is 55-57 MPa, the elongation at break is 20-30% and the peel strength is 70-80 N / 2.5 cm, which is equivalent to foreign products. By design and processing of PVDF sheet special equipment to determine the sheet production process, a reasonable choice of composite fabrics and composite methods to obtain excellent performance PVDF sheet and peel strength better PVDF backing composite sheet. The process has now achieved industrialization.
