一、引言在传统计价器使用误差检定过程中,数据的采集主要是通过人工观察计价器里程窗口中跳变的里程数据,当里程数据到达检定点的瞬间按下系统采集键来实现数据的采集,这种方法在长时间检定过程中很容易造成视觉疲劳,并且很容易引入由人为延迟反应所带来的误差。本文主要针对该问题提出通过智能动态视频采集和模式识别技术,实现图像识别及数据的智能判断、采集功能。二、实现原理和方案设计本研究主要任务是使用高清晰摄像头替代人的眼睛,对计价器里程屏进行不间断数据监视和图样采
