鉴于胶带输送机的输送量不断提高,对设计中采用的驱动滚筒与钢绳芯胶带间的摩擦系数应当研究,以便安全可靠地传递圆周力。在这一领域中,捷克“克列姆特——哥特瓦尔德”冶金机械制造厂研究所与民主德国TAKRF重型机械制造总厂之间超过20年的科研合作工作中共同研究了这一课题。 在前一篇文章〔1〕(见‘国外起重运输技术,1980年第一期)中,已经介绍了当时米用的试脸台结构、试验的情况以及浏试结果的分析.,以后我们完成了对捷克和民主德国的标准结构胶带滚筑的研究和分析工作。下面简要介绍浏试结果和分析以及下一步的研究计划。
