针对西北局油田油藏超深、超稠、高温、高压、高含硫化氢的特0征,原有的250采油井口主要存在以三个方面缺陷:1.承压件毛坯采用铸造工艺,易存在气泡、夹杂物等铸造缺陷,影响井口的安全性能;2.井口高度较高,降低了抽油机有效高度;3.现场试压困难、操作繁琐,难以满足油田后期高压注水和稠油掺稀、降粘工艺井的现场生产需要。为此,研发了一种新型250机采井口,解决了原250井口存在的问题,通过现场应用表明,大幅度提升了井口的井控安全性能,减少了修井作业的工作量。
In view of the special characteristics of ultra-deep, super-thick, high-temperature, high-pressure and high-content hydrogen sulfide in Northwest Bureau oilfield, the existing 250 wellheads mainly exist defects in three aspects: 1. The pressure- The existence of bubbles, inclusions and other casting defects, affecting the safety performance of the wellhead; 2 higher wellhead height, reducing the effective height of the pumping unit; 3 pressure test difficult, cumbersome operation, it is difficult to meet the late high pressure water injection and heavy oil mixed Dilute, viscosity-reducing process wells on-site production needs. For this reason, a new type of 250 mechanical mining wellhead has been developed to solve the existing problems of the original wellhead 250. The field application shows that the well control performance of the wellhead is greatly improved, and the work load of the well repair work is reduced.
