信息化的大背景下,培养具有高素养、掌握现代化技术、能够赢得信息化战争的高素质军事人才,然已经成为军事院校人才培养的重要任务。但是就现今的培养现状而言,军事学院信息素养的培养普遍存在意识上的偏差,常常将计算机操作等同于具备信息素养的培养。这是缺乏科学性、系统性、针对性的,基于此而言,本文从信息素养的构成现状进行培养,探究信息培养途径,并指出培养的几点有效措施。
