本文研究了Si、Si—Re 对 ZA27合金耐磨性能的影响,结果表明,在约含2%Si 的 ZA27中加入0.05%Re,可使其耐磨性能显著提高,并能减轻单一加 Si时对抗拉强度和延伸率造成的不良影响。
In this paper, the effects of Si and Si-Re on the wear resistance of ZA27 alloy were studied. The results show that the addition of 0.05% Re to ZA27 containing about 2% Si can significantly improve the wear resistance and reduce the wear resistance of ZA27 alloy. Adverse effects on tensile strength and elongation.
