近日,广州某外企公司为员工安排了一个很特别的培训:上厕所培训。300名员工都要接受这项培训,并要签字确认是自愿参加。培训的时候男女分开,分别由公司的基层主管人员为员工做大小便的示范动作(当然主管人员在做示范动作的时候不会真的上厕所,他们只是把上厕所的动作做出来),然后让大家模仿,内容是教员工大小便时要对准便器的冲水口,这样上厕所时可以不把排泄物排在便器的外面,或者冲水之后排泄物才不会残留在厕所里面,以保持厕所的卫生……就是这种培训,该公司已进行了两天,并且还要持续下去,据了解这个培训马上就要推广到其上海的公司。
