用原子吸收法测定超临界CO2(SC-CO2)萃取所得伏令夏橙精油中微量元素并对比了夏橙皮渣在萃取前后所含微量元素的变化。结果表明:SC-CO2萃取橙皮所得精油中微量元素的含量都很低。进一步的分析说明SC-CO2对微量元素的萃取情况不仅同橙皮中微量元素的含量直接相关,而且也同在CO2超临界条件下(Pc=7.28MPaTc=31.4°C),元素自橙皮进入SC-CO2萃取所得精油的迁移情况有关。
The content of trace elements in the summer orange oil extracted from supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and the changes of trace elements in summer orange peel residue before and after extraction were compared. The results showed that the content of trace elements in the essential oil obtained from SC-CO2 extraction of orange peel was very low. Further analysis shows that the SC-CO2 extraction of trace elements is not only directly related to the content of trace elements in orange peel, but also in the supercritical CO2 conditions (Pc = 7.28MPaTc = 31.4 ° C), the element from Orange peel into the SC-CO2 extraction derived oil migration related.
