一、概述231型汽化器自设计、投产以来,已有十六、七年的历史了。多年来的使用经验证明,231 型汽化器具有一定的动力性和经济性,并具有良好的适应性和通用性,颇受广大用户的欢迎。但231型汽化器在生产使用中也暴露出一些问题。随着汽车工业的飞速发展,技术水平的不断提高,对汽化器提出了更高的要求。因此,需要有一个单腔汽化器来更新现生产的231型汽化器。此次试验的目的,就是为了设计新单腔汽化器所进行的准备工作。近年来我厂为设计新单腔汽化器进行了一些工作,如691型、701型汽化器的设计等,均为这次的设计工作积累了经验。目前汽化器的腔体设计有单喉管、双重喉管、三重喉管以及可变喉管等方案。由于可变喉管方案在结构上比较复杂,采用较少。单喉管及双重喉管方案的试验研究工作过去曾
First, an overview of 231 carburetor since the design, put into production, has been sixteen or seven years of history. Years of experience shows that the 231 carburetor has a certain degree of power and economy, and has good adaptability and versatility, the majority of users welcomed. But the 231 carburetor also exposed some problems in the production and use. With the rapid development of the automotive industry, continuous improvement of the technical level, the carburetor put forward higher requirements. Therefore, there is a need for a single-chamber carburetor to retrofit the currently available Type 231 carburetor.
