传统的作文教学方式根深蒂固,有多方面的原因:1、来自上级考核方面的压力。学校对语文教师提出统一的要求,一个学期写几次作文,教师必须亲自认真批改,按课本上的作文要求写作,否则就违反了学校的规定。语文老师为了应付检查,只得按要求做,以致形成了一种习惯。2、作文后不敢放手让学生评改。许多语文老师认为,多数学生自己尚且写不好作文,又怎么能放手让他帮别人评改呢?3、多数教师思想懒惰,不善于学习提高,对新课程理念理解不透彻。即使教师都参加了“新一轮中小学教师综合素质”的培训,但仍然对新理念一知半解,也无法用新的教学观指导教学实践。
Traditional essay teaching methods are deeply rooted, for many reasons: 1, from the pressure of higher examination. The school puts forward unified requirements for language teachers. Writing a few essays in a semester, teachers must personally and carefully correct the essay and write according to the composition of the textbooks. Otherwise, it will violate the provisions of the school. Language teachers in order to cope with the inspection, had to do as requested, resulting in a habit. 2, after the composition not afraid to let students comment on the change. Many language teachers believe that most students still can not write good essay themselves, how can they let them help others to comment on it? 3. Most teachers are lazy, not good at learning to improve, and they do not fully understand the new curriculum concept. Even though teachers all participated in the training of “a new round of primary and secondary school teachers’ comprehensive qualifications,” they still knew little about new concepts and could not guide teaching practice with new teaching concepts.
