建立住房公积金制度,作为军队房改的一项重要内容,已经实行二年了。正确使用住房公积金,对于稳定军队干部住房建设的投资保障,加快改善军队现役干部的住房条件,解决驻艰苦地区干部的住房问题,解除军队干部对转业后住房问题的后顾之忧有着重要作用。在启用公积金建房时应注意以下几个问题:一要确保公积金使用的安全;二要合理确定住房的“内售”价;三要正确处理部门单位之间的利益;四要提前落实好住房的管理、维修服务措施;五要努力争取国家和地方政府的支持。
The establishment of housing provident fund system, as an important part of the military housing reform, has been implemented for two years.
