根据我国长输管道建设的发展历程 ,总结了全纤维素型、混合型、复合型三种手工下向焊技术及活性气体保护、药芯焊丝自保护两种半自动下向焊技术和全自动活性气体保护焊与全自动药芯焊丝下向焊技术的工艺特点及在我国长输管道建设中的应用状况 ,指出了全自动活性气体保护焊和全自动药芯焊丝下向焊将是我国长输管道下向焊技术的发展方向
According to the development of long-distance pipeline construction in our country, this paper summarizes three kinds of manual down welding technology, such as full-cellulose type, hybrid type and compound type, and semi-automatic down direction welding technology with active gas protection and self-protection of flux cored wire. Gas shielded welding and automatic flux-cored wire under-welding technology characteristics and application in China’s long-distance pipeline construction, pointed out that the automatic reactive gas shielded welding and automatic flux-cored welding wire will be China’s long-lost Pipe down welding technology development
