本文简要阐述了国有大型集团公司管理现状,分析了国有大型集团公司对下属子公司管理的主要模式和存在的主要问题,并以此为依据,提出了在“大”框架内“细而实”、在“小”的基础上“统而整”,实现“活”和“合”有机统一的国有大型集团公司管理模式的建议。
