电解铝行业随着铝工业的快速发展,更加注重改善生产条件和保护环境,同时随着大型中间下料预焙槽和干法烟气净化技术的进步,铝电解对氧化铝原料的要求也越来越高,必须使用易流动、溶解快、吸附氟化氢能力强及微粒少的砂状氧化铝。砂状氧化铝便具备了以上优良性能,逐渐成了目前电解铝厂的理想原料,特别应用于带干法烟气净化装置的预焙电解槽是更佳的选择。粉状氧化铝因为比表面积较小,无法适用于高效率的干法烟气净化技术。为了使铝电解的技术经济指标和金属铝质量有所改善,目前铝电解生产需要改进氧化铝的物理和化学性质,在最佳条件下使电解槽运行同时获得最佳指标。本文对粉状氧化铝和砂状氧化铝的相关指标进行了对比和分析,初步探讨了氧化铝质量的改善对铝电解的影响以及改善方法。

In this paper, the relative indexes of powdered alumina and sand-like alumina were compared and analyzed, and the influence of the improvement of alumina quality on aluminum electrolysis and the improvement methods were discussed.
