以鱼粉和大豆分离蛋白为蛋白源,配制7个不同蛋白水平(25.06%、30.02%、34.96%、39.97%、45.09%、49.86%和55.05%)的饲料,分别表示为A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6和A7。采用室内循环水养殖系统,在水温为(27.5~28.0)℃的条件下,对黄河鲤(♂)和建鲤(♀)杂交F1(平均尾质量11.52~11.56 g)进行56 d的生长试验,探讨饲料蛋白质水平对杂交F1生长影响。每处理设3个重复,每重复40尾鱼。结果表明:增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)随着饲料蛋白水平的增加而上升,饵料系数(FCR)相反,到蛋白水平为39.97%时WGR和SGR最大,FCR最低,蛋白水平再增加,WGR和SGR降低,FCR增加,其中A4与A5和A3与A6的WGR无极显著差异,SGR在蛋白水平大于34.96%时无极显著差异;PER在蛋白水平为45.09%时最大,各组间无极显著差异,FCR在A4与A5、A3与A6和A2与A7无极显著差异,上述指标其他各组差异极显著。以WGR、SGR、蛋白质效率(PER)和FCR为指标,采用二次曲线模型分析表明:黄河鲤(♂)和建鲤(♀)杂交F1满足WGR、SGR和PER适宜的饲料蛋白水平为31.6%~44.5%,满足WGR、SGR、PER和FCR最佳的蛋白水平为37%~42.3%。
Seven different protein levels (25.06%, 30.02%, 34.96%, 39.97%, 45.09%, 49.86%, and 55.05%) were prepared from fish meal and soy protein isolate as A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6 and A7. The indoor cycling aquaculture system was used to test the F1 hybrids (average tail quality 11.52-1 11.56 g) of Yellow River carps (♂) and Jian carp (♀) under the water temperature of (27.5-28.0) ℃ for 56 days. Effects of dietary protein levels on the growth of F1 hybrids. Three replicates per treatment, 40 fish per replicate. The results showed that the weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) increased with the increase of dietary protein levels, and the feed conversion coefficient (FCR) was opposite. When the protein level was 39.97%, the maximum WGR and SGR, WGR and SGR decreased, while FCR increased. Among them, WGR of A4, A5, A3 and A6 were extremely different. SGR was extremely different when the protein level was greater than 34.96%. PER was the highest at 45.09% Prominent significant difference, FCR in A4 and A5, A3 and A6 and A2 and A7 no significant difference between the other indicators of the other groups the difference was significant. The analysis of quadratic curve model using WGR, SGR, PER and FCR showed that the suitable feed protein level of F1 hybrids of Yellow River carp (♂) and Jian carp (♀) met WGR, SGR and PER was 31.6% ~ 44.5%. The best protein level of WGR, SGR, PER and FCR was 37% ~ 42.3%.
