目的研究菇精蛋白多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法清洁级ICR小鼠60只,随机分成低、中、高、溶剂对照和模型对照组,三个剂量组动物每日经口灌胃给予受试物,溶剂对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水,于实验第30 d模型组及各剂量组动物按0.01 ml/g.bw一次灌胃给予CCl4染毒,溶剂对照组给予玉米油,24 h后取血测定ALT、AST,取肝脏进行组织病理学检查。结果各剂量组均能抑制血清ALT、AST值的升高,减轻肝组织的病理损伤。结论菇精蛋白多糖对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of proteoglycan on carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice. Methods Sixty clean ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups: low, medium, high, solvent control and model control group. The animals in the three dose groups were orally administered with the test substance orally, the solvent control group and the model control group were given distilled water, At the 30th day after the experiment, the rats in the model group and each dose group were given CCl4 orally by intragastric administration at 0.01 ml / g.bw, and the corn oil was given to the solvent control group. ALT and AST were measured after 24 hours and the liver was taken for histopathology an examination. Results Each dose group could inhibit the increase of serum ALT and AST and alleviate the pathological damage of liver tissue. Conclusion Protamine proteoglycan has a protective effect on carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice.
