石油是重要的化石能源,油田的治安状况关系到企业与国家财政的收入,甚至影响到国家的民生、工业及国防战略。目前的油田社会治安环境并不乐观,这和石油开发的产业性质息息相关:处在偏远地区、产业园区结构复杂且噪音大、输送链特别长等等。油田的社会治安形势已经到了非常严峻的境地,必须立刻研究出一套高效的监管体制以确保国家命脉产业的安全与稳定。通过提高采油地区的治安防范意识、强化警企协作、建立群防模式、培养规范化管理意识以及加大相关投资的方式可以有效降低油田的非正常损失,稳定采油地区的社会治安,保证企业和国家的财政收入,维护国家安全命脉。
