患者,女,40岁。左上腹包块2年余,逐渐增大,近来进食后感上腹胀满。既往身体健康,饮食及二便正常,无昏迷,发热、外伤等病史。查体:上腹明显隆起,偏左可触及一儿头大的肿块,表面不光滑,界线尚清,无压痛,无移动性,似有囊性感,不随呼吸运动,无移动性浊音。辅助检查:血糖正常,尿糖阴性。肝肾功能正常,B型超声:左上腹探及16cm×14cm囊实性混合性肿物,与左肾、脾、胃、胰腺关系密切。临床诊断:胰腺囊肿。 Patient, female, 40 years old.
