本文主要介绍润滑油调合系统的解决方案,重点介绍硬件系统布线的结构,采用成熟的DCS系统为平台,最底层采用AS-I总线结构,设立远程I/O为现场布线方式,通过网关与DCS主控制器完成信号的采集和控制输出的功能,减少了电缆的使用量,投资成本低。此外,系统网络和主控制网均为冗余结构设计,软件系统自主开发设计,彻底打破了国外软件技术封装的壁垒。上位机采用OPC与DCS通讯方式完成的操作信息以及现场数据的采集,数据管理功能强大,减轻了主控制器的负荷,从而整体保证了生产控制级的安全性和稳定性。
