目的 :分析评价肾结石治疗中输尿管软镜治疗方法的效果。方法 :将2014年3月—2015年3月我院收治的68例肾结石患者纳入本次研究,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组34例给予传统切开取石术治疗,观察组34例给予腹腔镜手术联合尿管软镜治疗方法,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比评价。结果:两组患者结石均成功取出,病情均有不同程度的缓解。在手术时间、住院时间上,观察组均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);在术中出血量上,观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NGAL、Kim-1两项肾功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述两项肾功能指标改善效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :输尿管软镜在治疗肾结石中具备显著效果,值得采纳应用。
Objective: To analyze and evaluate the effect of ureteroscopic treatment in renal calculus. Methods: 68 patients with nephrolithiasis admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into two groups. The control group of 34 patients were treated by conventional laparotomy. The observation group 34 cases of laparoscopic surgery combined with catheter soft-ware treatment, the two groups of patients treated with comparative evaluation. Results: Both groups of patients were successfully removed stones, the disease has varying degrees of relief. In the operation time and hospitalization time, the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05). In the intraoperative blood loss, the observation group was significantly less than the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the two renal function indexes of NGAL and Kim-1 between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the two renal function indexes of the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ureteroscopic soft-lens in the treatment of kidney stones have a significant effect, it is worth to adopt the application.
